Our story

Ground and gallop is a metaphor for life. The continual pursuit of finding balance and personal growth while navigating the fast paced world with joy.

Grounding is finding peace and stillness at your core. Knowing yourself on the soul level and what you are meant to do in this life. Yoga, meditation, breath work, nature, and faith are just a few ways to ground yourself.
Galloping on a horse is a joyous, unbridled thrill. It’s also my tongue in cheek description of how fast the world moves. It is so easy to get swept up in the overwhelm. I believe if you can ground yourself, you can move with grace through the craziness.
Throughout most of my life, horses have been teachers, guides, and friends in my quest to be a better person. My work here is a love story for each of them, and I hope to pass along the lessons I’ve learned to enrich your life and relationships; equine, human, and all.
